One of the later pre-serial drums (circa 62 early 63) in the far harder to find depth of 6.5.

Overall in great condition but does have age related wear, there are minor scratches ( a faint name on the top hoop) and bumps, The shell is welded brass as are the hoops, the SS mechanism works well and will be supplied with brand new pure-sound 12 strand wires.

This is a big sounding drum, lots of brass warmth but also lots of colour in sound from having crimped beds. Stays open at high volume but plays beautiful at lower also.
