1960s Ludwig Oyster with almost no fade, in collectors grade condition and is a very vibrant blue (when seen in person). Getting harder and harder to find Blue Oyster sets that haven’t faded to a murky green colour..this one has NO wear.. the rail mount looks new and all the knurled parts have almost no wear, almost zero pitting. This is a very low mileage set.
All the badges are from 1966 but the the dampeners and rail mount suggest a couple of years earlier, the hoops are steel and not brass.Tunes up great with lots of life left in the heads, no extra holes or mods, the bass drum hoops have been re-painted at some point in the past. This could be a serious investment set to the right person who is willing to hold it for a while.
