Very rare to find a  Cloud badge set in big chip BDP               24/13/16

1940s RK set but this time in an almost light grey big chip, there is some fade to the finish but the wrap looks lighter than the other BDP RKs I’ve seen from this period.

A true mojo set!!, has a couple of cigarette burns, extra holes from a rail mount, a missing muffler and a 40s Gretsch diamond plate and leg mounts, there is surface rusting to some of the bass drum Ts and tuning rods, it’s almost certainly a players set but a phenomenal one at that!!

Both the 13″ and 16″ have double flanged hoops with clips, the hoops are engraved, a little seam lift on the 13″ all edges are great on this set and tunes up with ease.

The main positive is the unbelievable bass drum tone; this one is unreal!  thunderous, rounded and punchy but controlled and warm.
